We are proud to offer Chen Taiji in Tallahassee,
the original style of the ancient Chinese art of Taiji. Regular
practice improves muscle tone, promotes relaxation, sharpens mental
focus, calms the emotions, and raises energy levels. Our class
includes meditation, silk reeling exercises, qigong, the new frame
long form and related studies. Although Chen style Taiji can take
a lifetime to truly understand and master, the techniques are suitable
for practitioners of all skill levels.

Tai Chi is the fluctuation between distinct
